Campaign Manager

Job Description:
As a campaign manager you will be responsible for finding, creating and managing profitable campaigns. You will be Forex Trading, finding CPA, CPC, PPC niches, media buying and communicating expertly with industry specialists to address problems, collaborate and cultivate new relationships.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for working with the Director of ROI Campaigns to organise, create and manage profitable campaigns to exceed members explanations
Communicate with industry specialists and spot trends and investment opportunities, as well as negotiation and working to deadlines
Defining campaign objectives, strategies and identify optimum structure for assigned campaigns
Ongoing project and campaign management

Basic Qualifications:
Ability to work fast and calmly with tight deadlines
Able to spot trends, capitalise on them and work with minimal direction
Ability to work well in a team environment
Familiar with ROI campaigns
Great at managing and multi-tasking
Negotiation skills are needed

Client Relations Executive

Job Description:
The client relations executive will play a critical role in developing our business. Our high paced team requires a relations executive to manage a team of 4 support members, as well as the innovation of our features, programming new support platforms, dealing with clients/members, providing data and analysis for Managers and Executives, and being the resource for members.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing a team of support agents to organise analyse and exceed members’ expectations with support
Communicate with Managers and customers, working on tight deadlines and keeping your assigned agents working to the best of their ability
Defining support objectives, strategies and identify optimum structure for assigned campaigns
Ongoing support and campaign management

Basic Qualifications:
Ability to work fast and calmly with tight deadlines
Able to innovate and support team members/clients
Ability to work well in a team environment
Polite/patient with clients is a must
Great at managing and multi-tasking
Able to provide reports and analyse data
